Why we sweeten with khejur gur
We use the same Murshidabad khejur gur that we make and sell in our jaggery range, independently NABL-tested. Its naturally caramel-like flavour brings a distinctive warmth to dark cocoa.
How to enjoy
Let a piece melt slowly to bring out the cocoa and jaggery notes. Pairs well with coffee or tea.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place (ideally 18–22°C). Avoid the refrigerator — moisture can cause white “bloom” on the surface. Please refer to the pack for the best-before date.
