How it eats
Nutty crumb from finger millet, slow-toasted almond pieces in every bite, and the deep brown-sugar warmth of real date palm jaggery on the finish. Perfect with chai, a glass of milk, or in a child's tiffin.

Why we sweeten with khejur gur
Most "healthy" cookies use stevia, jaggery powder of unknown origin, or worse — refined sugar with a "natural" label. We use our own Murshidabad khejur gur — the same date palm jaggery we sell in jars, NABL-tested and sulphur-free. The earthy nuttiness of ragi and almonds asks for a real, traditional sweetener to balance them — and khejur gur delivers.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container to keep them crisp. Best within 2 months of manufacture.
