Why we sweeten with khejur gur
Most "healthy" cookies use stevia, jaggery powder of unknown origin, or worse — refined sugar with a "natural" label. We use our own Murshidabad khejur gur — the same date palm jaggery we sell in jars, NABL-tested and sulphur-free. It's what gives these cookies their honest depth of flavour.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container to keep them crisp. Best within 2 months of manufacture.
