Lab-Tested Quality

At Jaglicious, we make our own Date Palm Jaggery from traditionally harvested khejur sap in Murshidabad, Bengal. We control sourcing and production end to end, which is the only way to control what ends up in the jar.

Our jaggery is independently tested by Equinox Labs, an NABL-accredited food testing laboratory. The numbers are below. So are the PDFs.

No vague marketing language. Just certified food analysis.

What we claim — and what we don't

We hold ourselves to FSSAI's labelling rules and ASCI's advertising code. Here's the line we draw.

Claims we make, because the numbers back them

✓ Naturally Fat-Free & Cholesterol-Free

Claims we don't make, because we can't prove them

"High in Iron" or "High in Potassium" — that needs 30% NRV. We're at 25% and 28%.
"Source of Calcium" — 13.7% NRV, under the 15% line.
"Low Glycemic Index" — we haven't run GI testing, so we don't make this claim.
"Organic" — we don't currently hold NPOP certification, so we don't use this claim.
"Purest" / "Finest" / "Best" — we prefer specific, testable claims over absolute superlatives.
