Why we sweeten with khejur gur

We use the same Murshidabad khejur gur that we make and sell in our jaggery range, independently NABL-tested. Its naturally caramel-like flavour complements cocoa and toasted almonds.

How to enjoy

Let each piece melt slowly to bring out the almond, cocoa and jaggery notes. Pairs well with coffee or tea.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place (ideally 18–22°C). Avoid the refrigerator — moisture can cause white “bloom” on the surface. Please refer to the pack for the best-before date.
